Alzheimer Society Peel 2017
Make a Difference:
We are proud to be a Gold Sponsor of The Alzheimer Society Peel Annual Walk for Memories fundraiser.
At iCare Home Health, one of our core values is to “Make a Difference” in everything we do. We care about our clients, and we’re aware that their families need to be supported to live healthy lifestyles. One of the ways of support our clients is to support the programs, organizations and hospitals in our service area. We do this through direct donation and/ or sponsoring fundraising events.
By giving were we serve, we believe that together we can make a positive difference in our communities and the lives of others.
Support the Alzheimer Society:
Your donations and pledges support programs and services that Alzheimer Society Peel provides to over 42,000 individuals each year.
Funds raised fund education for families, care givers and people suffering from Dementia. It also provides services that help improve the quality of life for people living with the disease.
When you walk, you send a message of hope to the 564,000 Canadians currently living with dementia, and thousands more who care for them. When you fundraise, you promise them that help will always be available.
