Personal Support at Home
Making Daily Activities Seamless
iCare Personal Support at Home caregiver services offers a helping hand for everyday activities for those who need a helping hand in their ability to perform the activities of daily living. This could include bathing, grooming dressing, transferring, eating, walking and other activities & services. Such assistance helps you to remain in a safe, clean and healthy home environment. Our iCare team members who deliver Personal Support at Home services, have specialized knowledge, experience or advanced skills certification, and are responsible for observing, recording and reporting any noticeable change in the client’s condition in the home environment. Our team members also bring skills and support to families of those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Our caregivers receive training in Gentle Persuasive Approaches in Dementia Care (GPA), and Sensitivity Training: for dementia care and age related conditions.
