Make a Difference:

Alzheimer’s Awareness:

Over 747,000 Canadians across Canada are living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia. That number is expected to grow to 1.4 million within a generation.

iCare Home Health Coffee Break:

“In Support of the Make a Difference value, we are proud to support The Alzheimer Society annual Coffee Break campaign”.

• When: Saturday October 12, 2013 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm or while coffee lasts.
• Where: Oakville Town Square, iCare Home Health Services tent
• Fundraising: 100% of the coffee proceeds are for the benefit of the Alzheimer Society.
