At iCare Home Health, one of our core values is to “Make a Difference” in everything we do. We are to be pleased to return for the second year as a hole sponsor of the Snap’d Oakville Golf Tournament in Support of the Oakville Hospital Foundation and Easter Seals.

For the past 93 years, Easter Seals Ontario has been providing programs and services for children and youth with physical disabilities. Easter Seals is a non-denominational registered charitable organization that helps youth with physical disabilities from all ethnic and religious backgrounds. Easter Seals provides financial assistance for costly mobility equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, braces and communication devices. Easter Seals also owns and operates two fully accessible summer camps and is recognized as an industry leader in providing specialized camping programs for kids with physical disabilities. In addition, Easter Seals offers post-secondary education scholarships and important information resources for parents and caregivers. Easter Seals Ontario relies completely on the generosity of public donations to offer its programs and services.
