It’s our 5th Anniversary!

December 2017 marks a Fifth Anniversary milestone for us at iCare Home Health. Looking back, we’re glad that we chose to build our operation from the ground up in-line with our vision for individualized care at home vs. buying a turn-key cookie cutter franchise.

As a boutique, innovative and creative agency, we built a strong, client centred suite of services’ offering to set us apart from other homecare service providers.

Gift Wrapping in Support of Trillium Health Partners

It’s Christmas Eve., Santa sounded the alarm for more Elves! Team iCare Home Health answered the call at the Erin Mills Town Centre gift wrapping table.

Christmas shoppers got their gifts wrapped for $5.00 while they went on to buy more for their “Nice” list.
100% of the donations went to Trillium Health Partners – (Mississauga, Credit Valley and Queensway Hospitals).
We had a great time living our Make a Difference value while supporting our local hospitals.

iCARE Expressive Art Program (iCEAP)

Expressive art making enriches our lives. Painting, drawing, and sculpture can be used to communicate ideas, stimulate the senses and touch our emotions. Have some fun by exploring the use of different art materials.

Expressive art making can have a positive effect on your health. The iCare Expressive Art Program (iCEAP) is a support service facilitated by our Artist in Residence. She is a practicing professional artist with graduate level training in counseling and art therapy.Learn More

The services on the resources page are offered by community (private or non-profit), provincial or national agencies and could be accessed separately or in different combinations based on patient and family needs.
