We are pleased to announce the Grand Opening of our Advanced Foot Care clinic at the Health centre at Shepherd Village Retirement on the November 1st, 2019.

Massage Therapy services will be added later at the Seniors’ Clinic.

Now Serving Durham Region through our new office in Pickering

Here We Go Grow Again.

In December 2012, we started serving Oakville and Halton Region including Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Georgetown and the City of Mississauga in Peel Region. We continued to grow through the years into Etobicoke and Toronto area.

We scale by providing the best care possible using innovative and creative approaches resulting in referrals.

As we approach December 2019, we are excited to set up an office in Pickering to serve East Scarborough, and Durham Region.

Our new office is housed within the Central Pickering Comprehensive Urgent Care in collaboration with Glendale Pharmacy for a comprehensive offering to our customers and patients. In addition to our Friend, Personal Support and Nurse at Home services, we are pleased to also offer Advanced Foot Care treatment by certified Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at our new facility.

We’re excited about the opportunity to bring Individualized Care services to our Durham Region customers. Our new east end office address is: 1101 Kingston Rd., Pickering, On. Tel.: (905)744-2273.

Durham College: AI/Hub Tech Talks

We continue to develop and grow our

relationship with Durham College as one of their supporting Industry Partners.

Our HealthEspresso platform’s AI component was built in collaboration with DC’s AI HUB geniuses.

We were thrilled to participate on a panel discussing how Artificial Intelligence is transforming the Healthcare industry.

It was an exciting opportunity to for an interactive session with the panel and attendees to discuss the gaps in the healthcare system and how technology will address them.

We look forward to more inspiring Tech Talks on related digital health solutions.

The Government of Ontario has set in motion a plan to build a connected health care system that is centred on patients, families and caregivers through the creation of Ontario Health Teams (OHT) as part of their broader health system transformation strategy. iCare Home Health is proud to be a supporting Member to several OHTs in our service area including the

Mississauga OHT.

On November 25th, Christine Elliott, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, was at the University of Toronto Mississauga to announce the Mississauga Ontario Health Team as one of the first 24 teams in the province to implement a new model of organizing and delivering health care that better connects patients and providers in their communities to improve patient outcomes.

Letters of Support were by iCare Home Health submitted for Home and Community Care services, and on behalf of Health Espresso for Digital Health. Our teams are excited about the opportunity to embark on an exciting new community based healthcare system that promises to be patient centred and digitally connected for better outcomes.
